For each discipline taught in the Academy, there is a series of manuals explaining basic techniques and exercises. They help to clarify theoretical concepts and explain the historical, philosophical and cultural elements involved. Accompanying videos and DVDs are also planned.
These teaching materials complement the courses taught in our affiliated dojos but cannot be considered a substitute for them.
The first manuals will be officially brought out when courses resume in October 2004. They have been financed in part by the annual membership fees of students and dojos.
