What is a username and a password ?
A username enables the system to identify you. Thanks to your username, the system allows you access to certain information that would otherwise remain hidden.
Your password is an essential safeguard for you. Without it, anyone could impersonate you. Your password is a personal code number, like a pin or your bank card password, and you should not divulge it to anyone. No member of the academy will ever ask you for it. You can change it if you wish, but try to avoid code numbers that are too simple, like 0000, 1234, or your birthdate.
How do I use my username and my password ?
These codes enable you to access our Intranet or register for workshops. |
|
1 - type your username in the text field that looks like this :
username : | |
2 - type your password in the field that looks like this :
password : | |
3 - then click on the OK button that looks like this : ![]()
This will open up the zone reserved for members, which we call Intranet.
Forgotten your username?
Don't worry. It will be easy to recover. Your username is made up of the initial of your first name, followed by the first seven letters of your surname. All 8 letters are written together (i.e. with no spaces) in lower case. If there are spaces, a hyphen or an apostrophe in your name, ignore them.
Ex.: The username of Antoine MONT D'ARGENT would be: amontdar.
Now work out your own username and try to access Intranet with it, together with your password.
If this doesn't work, perhaps your username had already been assigned before your registration. In this case, the system would have added a number after the letters. Try replacing the last letter of your username with a digit, probably a 1 or a 2.
Ex : amontda1 or amontda2 instead of amondar
If it still doesn't work, contact us by e-mail !

Every time you leave Intranet, be sure to close the session. If you are using a public computer and forget to close the session, the next person to use the pc could easily access your personal information.
To close the session, click on the “close session” link written in blue under the menu, and then close all Internet Explorer windows.
