What is a username and a password ??

They are access codes to Intranet. As such, they are personal and must be known only by you.

How can I get a username and a password ?

You need to have an e-mail address.
Tell your teacher what this address is so that he or she can register you.
Once your registration is complete, you will automatically receive an e-mail containing your username and password.
