DISCIPLINES
Presentation of the method

 Jisei Taichi

A new form of listening to and building awareness of the body through training in slow, supple movements that reconnect you to your internal sensations. You regain control of your body and learn to correct your posture, thus eliminating the source of recurring health problems.

  Jisei Kiko

A new form of well-being attained through a gentle working of all the body's muscles and joints combined with the relearning of curative breathing. You feel deeply relaxed, healthier in your body and happier in your life.

  Jisei Budo

A form of combat martial art based on a return to the purest Oriental tradition of life-long efficiency. You won't harm your body as in other martial arts through endless repetitions of inappropriate technical movements. Instead, you develop your capacity for self-defence by honing your combat intelligence and mastering your force.

  Energy Dance

A new form of physical self-expression based on the pleasure of spontaneous, harmonious motion. You allow your creativity to surface through free combinations of movements. A unique form of dialogue with your body, the energy dance develops your self-confidence and releases your potential.

Tokitsu-Ryû is a physical discipline that implies a spiritual dimension, and finds its main reference in the Japanese budô philosophy. In budô the pursuit of technical quality is linked to the quest for the meaning of life and involves working towards general self-improvement.

Tokitsu-Ryû, a synthesis of Chinese and Japanese schools, revolves around four disciplines : Jisei-kikô, Jisei-taichi, Jisei-budô and the Energy Dance.
